We can carry out utility trench excavations for new utility lines and lay certain new pipe or ducting for our customers.
Our careful team can also expose around existing services for new connections and repairs. Below are examples showing (left) a new 50mm branch into an existing 100mm main BT line; (centre) a gas and water exposure for a new plot connection; (right) excavation of a trench for a new gas supply to a plot.

Garden wall was damaged by neighbours car so had to be stripped back and re-built using existing stone. This job was completed through the insurer of the property.
This project was completed in Auchterarder. The new build property had restricted patio space so the customer required a new Indian sandstone patio in a semi-circle with retaining walls built in block and buff facing stone.
These are before and after pictures of entrance steps for a customer in Dunfermline. The new steps were to be narrow so as not to encroach into the limited garden space as per the customer requirements.
This was a new path and steps to front door at a job in Dundee.

As part of a multi-task project in Bishopbriggs, we were employed to re-instate a fireplace for a new bio-fuel fire. The old gas fire with marble effect surround was replace with a red facing brick surround, new lintel, new hearth and oak surround.

New polycarbonate roof and new lining to garage in Glasgow. Customer required a covered lean too adjoining their garage. New lining was also required to be clad on elevation of garage.

New window installation for home office fit out in Torhoff, Falkirk. Desk, shelving and storage unit were built to customer requirements on site and finished to our usual high standards.
New bespoke fitted bedroom wardrobe and living room cupboard were constructed onsite in Torhoff, Falkirk. Colour matches of paintwork were successfully completed to tie in with the existing decor.

As part of a garage conversion in Bishopbriggs, we were required to remove an existing garage door then install a new window and associated brickwork.
Bathrooms: joinery, plumbing & electrical work
As part of a multi task project in Bishopbriggs, we were required to remove a shower cubicle and replace with a fitted utility cupboard and replace the bath with new bath and shower screen. All joiner,plumbing & electrical works were undertaken by Bright Integrated Services Ltd.
Garage conversion
We were tasked with converting a garage in Bishopbriggs into a living space. The boiler had to be moved and updated, new window in place of the garage door, all demolition, mason, electrical, joinery and heating tasks undertaken by Bright Integrated Services Ltd.
Deep 380mm diameter drainage repair in Perth. 2 day excavation and reinstatement job which was left in excellent condition following completion.
